Our Process

Concero’s six steps to success

Concero Resources prides itself on representing only the most qualified candidates in an unprecedented way. We use an innovative screening method to thoroughly screen each applicant to assure they possess the skills, experience, aptitude and personality necessary to be successful in the position they’re seeking.

Step 1: Submit your resume
Provide us with a current version of your resume in Word or PDF format and we’ll take it from there!

Step 2: Recruiter review
After we receive your resume it will be routed to the appropriate recruiter for review. Your employment history, relevant skillsets, and academic achievements will then be evaluated.

Step 3: Pre-screening telephone interview
Should your skills and experience meet our current search parameters, you will be contacted for a telephone pre-screening interview. We know that a person is much more than what their resume says, so we take this opportunity to get to know you better. During this conversation you should share your skills and experiences, career objectives, salary requirements, and desired work environment.

Step 4: Interview with recruiter and applicant assessment
If your specific qualifications and desires meet one of our client’s requirements, you will be scheduled for another, in-depth, interview with one of our recruiters. During this stage you will meet with a recruiter to discuss the specific details of the position.

At this stage you may also be asked to complete a series of online skills, personality, and/or behavioral assessments. These tools are used to further ascertain your ability to be successful in the role and may or may not be shared with our client.

Step 5: Background screening
If both you and the recruiter feel there is a strong match for the position, we will conduct a thorough screening in accordance with internal and client requirements. This could include any combination of the following: criminal background check, employment verification, education/certification verification, reference checks, credit review, motor vehicle report, and/or drug screening. It is important to let your recruiter know of any possible issues prior to this stage.

Step 6: Presentation
Upon successful completion of the aforementioned steps your information will be presented to our client for consideration. In most cases you will interview directly with our client.
